We made a last minute order from the Netherlands to Norway. (3 days ahead of shipping) The communication between us was really great, and the mails were quickly responed to! There were no extra costs, and our items were delivered in the exact condition we sent them off in! We also got a live tracking link on the truck, which made us at ease too :) The truck also looked professional, and proper! Made it to our small town in the middle of the Norwegian winter! 10/10! Found this company on referral from an automated site which delivered five company names. We needed to moves boxes and furniture from Venice Italy to Paris France. VANonsite was super-diligent on quotation, and logistics. Very easy to arrange pickup and driver Bogdan was very careful in loading truck. Lucas was very helpful, patient and responsive throughout the move; their partner company that I arranged the initial shipping details with was also the same. I moved my home with VANonsite to a non-EU country and I can really recommend them. The communication was always clear, professional and helpful, which made me trust them from the start. They sent me a list of documents they needed well in advance and were helpful whenever I had questions. The driver helped during loading and unloading, and all my belongings arrived in perfect condition. Amazing service! We used VANonsite to move from Berlin to Trondheim. From logistics to drivers everyone was incredibly nice, informative and responsive. We put them in a bit of a pickle as our move was quite sudden but they were wonderful and managed all steps quickly, including Norwegian custom documents for us in a few days. All our things arrived safe and sound, including two plants and a musical instrument. They also offered one of the cheapest prices for relocations from Germany to Norway.
